‍As a Growth Consultant, you will be an essential member of our client-facing team, supporting our senior consultants in helping enterprises leverage Infinure to achieve their business goals. You will work alongside experienced professionals to understand client challenges, analyze data, and help implement our AI solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, analytically-minded individual to learn the intricacies of AI-powered business growth and become a trusted advisor to our clients.

What you will do:

• Assist senior consultants in conducting business analysis and identifying growth opportunities for clients in fintech, e-commerce, and insurance.
• Support the creation of strategic growth plans and presentations that demonstrate how Infinure's AI capabilities can solve client challenges.
• Work with the technical team to help configure the Infinure platform and ensure it aligns with client requirements.
• Help prepare and deliver training materials and workshops for clients to facilitate platform adoption.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to help measure the success of implemented solutions and report on business outcomes.
• Serve as a support point of contact for clients, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are addressed promptly.

Who you are:

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, business analysis, or a related field, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• A strong interest in data analytics, AI, and enterprise technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset, with a strong focus on problem-solving.
• A degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with the fintech, e-commerce, or insurance sectors is a plus.
