Job Description

The Role

As a Growth Consultant, you are the bridge between Infinure's technology and our clients' business success. You will work directly with our enterprise clients to understand their unique growth challenges, from customer acquisition to retention and operational efficiency. You will then leverage your deep knowledge of the Infinure platform to design and implement tailored AI-powered strategies, ensuring our clients achieve measurable improvements and a significant return on their investment.

What you will do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, identifying business opportunities and challenges where Infinure's AI capabilities can provide the most value.
  • Develop and present strategic growth plans and solution proposals that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate with our technical and data science teams to customize and implement the Infinure platform for each client.
  • Lead client workshops and training sessions, empowering them to effectively use our platform and interpret the results.
  • Track and report on the tangible business outcomes achieved by clients, demonstrating the value of our partnership.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to our product and engineering teams to inform future product development.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting, account management, or strategic advisory role, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Deep understanding of business growth strategies in one or more of our key industries: fintech, e-commerce, or insurance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships and driving successful business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and workflow automation concepts is a significant plus.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping businesses succeed.
