What this site is
infinure.com shows what Infinure does. Browsing it, reading it or writing to us contracts nothing and creates no obligation for either side.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not use it.
The numbers on this site are illustrative
The figures on the landing page describe how the pieces work, not a result we promise you. The 1,240 leads in the chart are a sample base. Timelines, checkpoints and durations describe how we usually work, not a commitment.
The real scope, the real timeline and the real deliverables of each engagement are defined in the proposal, and they vary with each team's infrastructure, access and implementation capacity.
How work is contracted
By written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement defines scope, price, timeline, deliverables and who is responsible for what.
If the agreement says something different from this page, the agreement governs. These terms are the floor, not the ceiling, and they only cover what the agreement leaves unsaid.
What stays on your side
Deliverables built inside an agreement transfer to your team, on the terms that agreement sets. That includes what the landing page promises stays running: the signed plan, the operating asset, the role scorecard.
What does not transfer is what Infinure brought already built: the products' codebase, the methods, the templates, the models, and anything that predates or sits outside the engagement. If any of it ends up integrated into your operation, the agreement states the licence.
The products are licensed
Quadrant, Verdict and Contest are Infinure products. Buying an engagement does not transfer ownership of them: access is granted under the licence set by the relevant agreement, with its scope, its term and its usage limits.
Each product also has its own terms and its own privacy policy, which apply to whoever uses it.
About language models
Several pieces work with language models over text you provide. The output is probabilistic: it can be wrong, and sometimes it is confidently wrong.
That is why the design hands you the evidence along with the conclusion. Quadrant shows the verbatim phrase behind each signal, and Verdict cites the CV. That exists so a person makes the decision with the evidence in view, not so the model replaces them. In decisions about people, hiring included, human review is not a formality: it is the condition of use.
Confidentiality
What you tell us in order to scope an engagement is confidential and we treat it as such, even before an agreement is signed. The same applies in reverse to what we show you.
Once there is an agreement, its confidentiality clause governs.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it is always available or free of errors, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on what you read here.
For services and products, Infinure's liability is what the signed agreement sets, with its limits and exclusions. None of this excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including wilful misconduct, gross negligence and personal injury.
Brand and content
The content of this site, the Infinure brand, the product names and the Anillo Pico mark belong to Digital Solvers LLC. You may quote and link to us; you may not reproduce the content as your own or use the brand in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.
Links to third-party sites are there for your convenience and do not imply we endorse what they say.
Governing law
Infinure is a brand of Digital Solvers LLC, incorporated in the United States. Where there is a signed agreement, the governing law and the forum are the ones that agreement names.
Absent an agreement, use of this site is governed by the law of Digital Solvers LLC’s state of incorporation. None of this removes the rights your country of residence grants you as a consumer or as a data subject.
If this changes
The date above says when this was last updated. Changes take effect when published and do not affect agreements already signed.
